Key Responsibilities We're seeking a highly organized, adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced event environment and can confidently manage multiple vendors and moving parts at once. are prepared before guest arrival Execute and manage the reception timeline in partnership with vendors Distribute vendor payments and manage client gifts Maintain a calm, positive, and stress-free experience for clients, guests, and vendors throughout the day What You Bring Exceptional multitasking and problem-solving skills The ability to remain calm, professional, and solutions-oriented under pressure Strong interpersonal and communication skills Patience, empathy, and a client-first mindset Reliable transportation to various event locations Ability to lift and move décor or equipment as needed Previous wedding coordination, event planning, hospitality, or related experience preferred but not required If you're energized by creating seamless events and keeping everyone calm and confident on one of the most important days of their lives, we'd love to hear from you.
