We are currently seeking talented individuals to join us as Lead Wedding Coordinators based in Nashville. The Lead Wedding Coordinator will play a central role in managing all aspects of wedding day execution, from pre-event planning to the final moments of the celebration. In this role, the Lead Wedding Coordinator will work closely with client experience managers and assistant coordinators to ensure seamless event delivery. Responsibilities include attending final detail calls with clients approximately six weeks before their wedding to review and confirm logistics, timelines, and client expectations. The coordinator will also lead the ceremony rehearsal, ensuring all participants understand the processional flow and timing cues. On the wedding day, the Lead Wedding Coordinator acts as the primary advocate for the couple, maintaining a calm and proactive approach to address any unforeseen challenges and keep the event running smoothly.

Key functions include overseeing the setup of ceremony and reception areas according to the event design and execution playbook, managing vendor arrivals, and coordinating all vendor activities. The coordinator will assist with the placement of personal and event details such as escort cards, menus, table numbers, favors, guest books, and decor elements to maintain alignment with the overall event plan. Providing guidance and timing cues to the wedding party and family members during the event is essential to ensure everyone is prepared and confident throughout the day.

Additionally, the coordinator will be responsible for packing up all important end-of-event items, including gifts and personal decor, before concluding the celebration.
