Wedding & Event Rental Consultant

From the first inquiry to the final details, you’ll guide clients through product selections, quotes, and event logistics to ensure a flawless rental experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys both the creative and logistical sides of event planning. What You’ll Do • Consult with clients via phone, email, and in-person to understand event needs and design preferences • Seek out additional sales opportunities through up-selling clients and creating relationships with vendors and venues. • Prepare and manage rental quotes and contracts using our event software • Coordinate with our production and delivery teams to ensure orders are accurate and on schedule • Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after events • Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on trends in the wedding and event industry • Support the office team with administrative tasks and showroom management as needed Email us at [email protected] with your resume and a short note about what draws you to the event industry and Luxe Party Rentals.
