About the Role:

Are you a master of logistics with a passion for creating "I do" moments? Blueberry Hill Estate is looking for a Wedding and Event Sales Manager to serve as the heartbeat of our operations. In this role, you will guide couples from their initial inquiry to their grand exit, acting as the venue's primary representative to ensure every perfect event. Remote work from home for lead generation and follow up with on site access to schedule tours on Saturday or Sunday.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Client Management: Manage the entire client journey using HoneyBook, including follow up to inquiries, answering questions, sending proposals, processing digital contracts, and tracking automated streamlined Communication
Utilize HoneyBook's automation tools to ensure couples receive timely reminders, questionnaires, and brochures, maintaining a high-touch boutique experience on HoneyBook.
Venue Logistics: Create and execute detailed floor plans and oversee the setup of venue-provided amenities like tables and chairs.
Vendor Liaison: Serve as the onsite point of contact for external vendors, facilitating load-in/out and enforcing venue policies.

What You Bring:

Customer Relations Expertise: Advanced proficiency in HoneyBook is preferred. You should be comfortable building templates, managing lead pipelines, and using the mobile app for realtime updates.
Experience: 2-3 years in event management or hospitality sales.
Skills: Exceptional multitasking and "cool under fire" problem-solving.
Flexibility: Availability for weekend and evening event shifts.
