As an Events and Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for the efficient and effective functioning of operational aspects within the venue Your role will encompass overseeing daily operations, managing staff, coordinating logistics and events, and ensuring a smooth visitor experience You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the Museum's and Garden's high standards and contributing to its success. + Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the smooth functioning of the museum Collaborate with senior management to align operational goals with the Museum's and Garden's mission and strategic objectives. + Visitor Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging experience for visitors by overseeing ticketing processes, managing crowd flow, and coordinating visitor services such as guided tours, audio guides, and interactive exhibits Continuously seek ways to enhance visitor satisfaction and implement improvements based on visitor feedback. + Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance and security of Museum and Garden facilities, including exhibition spaces, storage areas, offices, and public areas Coordinate with maintenance staff, security personnel, and external vendors to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of equipment and infrastructure. + Budget and Financial Management: Assist in the development and management of the museum's operational budget Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines Prepare financial reports and provide recommendations to senior management for resource allocation.
