* Develop customized proposals, pricing recommendations, packages, and event options.
* Lead follow-up, objection handling, negotiations, contract coordination, and booking conversion.
* Maintain an organized pipeline from initial inquiry through signed agreement and deposit collection.
* Identify opportunities for upgrades, premium packages, additional event services, and repeat business.

* Proactively generate new wedding and event leads through targeted outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
* Build relationships with wedding planners, event coordinators, photographers, videographers, caterers, florists, entertainment providers, rental companies, and other industry professionals.
* Develop partnerships with corporate organizations, businesses, community groups, retreat organizers, and regional event planners.
* Identify opportunities to position the ranch for destination weddings, executive retreats, company celebrations, and premium private events.
* Attend selected bridal shows, networking events, industry gatherings, and community functions as appropriate.
* Create referral programs and nurture long-term relationships that generate recurring business.
3. Venue Marketing & Brand Representation
* Represent The Four X’s Ranch brand consistently across client communications, venue tours, networking activities, and sales presentations.
* Collaborate with ownership and marketing partners on promotional campaigns, seasonal booking opportunities, and event packages.
* Provide insights on customer preferences, competitor positioning, market demand, and pricing opportunities.
* Support the development of venue sales materials, digital brochures, wedding packages, FAQs, and promotional offers.
* Coordinate with marketing on lead-generation campaigns and track which channels produce qualified inquiries and bookings.
* Help build awareness of the ranch as a premium Western wedding and events destination.
4. Sales Operations & Reporting
* Maintain accurate CRM records, lead sources, communication histories, proposals, and sales-stage updates.
* Track inquiry response times, consultations, venue tours, proposal activity, conversion rates, and booked revenue.
* Prepare concise weekly sales reports and monthly performance summaries.
* Maintain an active calendar of prospective clients, follow-ups, venue tours, and booking deadlines.
* Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and recommend improvements.
* Coordinate with ownership regarding availability, pricing approvals, booking policies, contract terms, and sales forecasts.
* Ensure all client commitments, pricing representations, and booking terms align with approved ranch policies.
5. Client Experience & Internal Coordination
* Deliver a welcoming, polished, and responsive experience from the first inquiry through booking handoff.
* Understand each client’s vision and communicate how the ranch can accommodate their event requirements.
* Coordinate with venue management and event operations to confirm availability, capacity, amenities, and logistical requirements before making commitments.
* Ensure confirmed booking details are documented and transferred to the appropriate event planning or operations contact.

Compensation will be structured to attract a results-oriented professional while aligning incentives with profitable, confirmed bookings.
The proposed compensation package may include:
* A competitive part-time base wage or salary.
