We’re laid-back, detail-obsessed, and all about keeping the vibes high and the stress low. This is a part-time, event-based role, perfect for someone who loves weddings, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves to make things happen. Key Responsibilities: • Assist with event setup, styling, and décor placement • Help maintain timelines and communicate with vendors throughout the day • Support the lead planner in keeping the couple, wedding party, and guests informed & happy • Manage behind-the-scenes tasks like moving chairs, bussing tables, refilling water stations, etc. Requirements: • Must be available for most weekends during the wedding season (May–October) • Reliable transportation to and from event locations (mainly in Milwaukee, Waukesha, Madison, and surrounding areas) • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Punctual, detail-oriented, and adaptable • Prior hospitality or event experience a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right fit!
