Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Event Coordinator/Producer to lead the planning, execution, and management of the 4.13 Glory Women’s Conference. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for empowering women through faith-based events. Develop comprehensive event plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful conference execution Coordinate venue selection, setup, and logistics, including catering, accommodations, and technical requirements Negotiate contracts with vendors, sponsors, and service providers to secure favorable terms and maximize value Oversee marketing efforts through social media, email campaigns, and community outreach to boost attendance and engagement Manage registration processes and guest services to provide a welcoming experience for all attendees Supervise event staff, volunteers, and production teams to ensure smooth operations on the day of the conference Handle upselling opportunities such as premium packages or sponsorships to enhance revenue streams Monitor budget adherence and track expenses diligently throughout the planning process Proven experience in event planning and management, particularly in large-scale conferences or faith-based events Strong negotiation skills with vendors, venues, and sponsors to secure optimal arrangements Excellent marketing knowledge with a focus on event marketing strategies and promotional campaigns Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with outstanding time management skills Exceptional communication and organizational skills to coordinate diverse teams and stakeholders effectively Experience in banquet services, catering coordination, or hospitality environments such as hotels or restaurants is highly desirable Familiarity with contracts, budgeting processes, fundraising activities, and guest services operations Demonstrated ability to handle customer service issues professionally while maintaining positive relationships Knowledge of event management software and tools for planning and communication purposes
