Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office organization. Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various organizational events, from initial concept to post-event wrap-up. Manage event logistics, such as venue booking, catering arrangements, AV equipment setup, and vendor coordination. Prepare event materials, including invitations, registration forms, agendas, and participant information packets. Maintain accurate event databases and track attendee registration and participation. Coordinate travel arrangements for speakers, guests, and staff as needed for events. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure adequate stock levels. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and shipments. Support the creation and distribution of newsletters, marketing materials, and other organizational communications. Maintain and update organizational databases and contact lists. Requirements Previous experience in an administrative support role is required, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Experience or a strong interest in event planning and coordination is highly preferred. Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative office setting. Professional demeanor and positive attitude. Familiarity with database management is a plus.
