Assistant Event Planner (Entry-Level / Junior Level) Seeking a highly organized, energetic, and detail-oriented Assistant Event Planner to join our growing team. This individual will play a critical role in supporting the logistics and marketing communications (MarCom) efforts behind hundreds of trade shows and professional events each year. This is a flexible, early-career opportunity—ideal for: A dispensing optician interested in transitioning into marketing or events A college senior (preferably pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications) with availability of 32+ hours per week A junior to mid-level professional with a strong background in event coordination, marketing support, or administrative project management You’ll collaborate across departments, work on both the strategic and tactical sides of event execution and get hands-on experience in one of the most dynamic and niche spaces in the medical device industry.
