Full job descriptionCatering By Design, a leader in the Philadelphia catering and events industry, is seeking a full-time Assistant Event Planner to support our growing team. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves detail, and is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences.About the RoleAs an Assistant Event Planner, you will help manage events from initial planning through execution and final billing. You’ll collaborate closely with our Catering Sales team, work with clients to shape their event vision, and ensure every detail is executed with precision. This position offers hands-on experience with high-profile events and a clear pathway for career growth.What You’ll DoSupport Catering Sales by planning and executing events from proposal to completion.Oversee on-site event operations and supervise event staff for select events each season (after training).
