Assistant Event Coordinator

You’ll work closely with the Event Coordinator and leadership team to help bring large-scale, immersive experiences to life—from early production to live event operations. Full-time hours with flexible daily scheduling Work includes: Prop building, scenic design, and installations Assisting with event setup, layouts, and creative development Administrative tasks and production planning Supporting timelines and task execution across multiple events 3pm–11pm or 4pm–12am) Occasional Thursday shifts depending on event schedule Assist in running nightly operations across all events Ensure cast and crew are checked in, prepared, and fully supported Step into a manager-on-duty role during live operations Help oversee key departments, including makeup, talent readiness, and guest flow Support overall event execution and guest experience Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Comfortable with both hands-on creative work and operational coordination Able to take initiative and lead during live event environments Interest or experience in makeup, design, or immersive events is a strong plus Full-time, year-round position Dynamic schedule that shifts between production-focused off-season work and live event operations during peak season
