Position Overview We are seeking a college student for 2026 Spring Semester to work part time (2-3 days a week) assistant to support our Event Manager in our Phoenix office. Key Responsibilities • Provide administrative and logistical support to the Event Manager • Communicate with clients via email and phone in a timely, professional manner • Track and manage event timelines, confirmations, order changes, and logistics • Help with file organization and office administrative processes including paperwork • Represent the Southwest Event Rental brand with professionalism and attention to detail in all client-facing moments • Participate in occasional warehouse support and on-site event assistance as needed • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • College student with flexible availability during peak season • Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Positive attitude, team-oriented, and eager to step in where needed • Passion for the events or design industry strongly preferred • Able to work some early mornings, evenings, or weekends during events • Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn Weekend on occasion, based in our Phoenix office • A mix of office, warehouse, or on event sites • May require early mornings, late afternoons, or occasional weekends, depending on event needs
