In this connection Before being assigned as an Assistant Event Planner, the candidate must be the following prerequisites Responsibilities • Available for up to 10-12 hours on Saturday, Sundays and sometimes Fridays • Very Familiar with the overall event timeline and work closely to see that everything is running on time . Requirements - "Must Have" • Be able to drive to event locations • Must have customer service skills and extreme patience, projected calm temperament • Be able to work under pressure and in a fast pace environment • Demonstrate team skills • Ability to understand project tasks and execute directions given • Be able to stand on your feet and be moving at a fast pace during the event.
