• Additionally, fully own smaller-scope design projects from start to finish • Technical Design Work: • Prepare print files and other design assets needed for event production. • On-Site Coordination: Participate in on-site event setup and breakdown, ensuring that the design vision is executed flawlessly. Experience with mood boarding, sourcing décor, and working on-site is essential. • Ability to prepare print files and work with various design formats. • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
