AV Event Specialist

The AV Event Specialist provides exceptional customer service for these high profile, technology-enabled events that require interacting and guiding senior staff, upper management and external clients with best practices and recommendations. • Schedule and support events including: webcasts, web conferences, webinars, multi-point video events and any audiovisual (AV) enabled meetings. • Create documentation for agreed-upon logistics and service levels for events and provide event planning and status updates. • Required education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in multimedia, photography, video production, audiovisual, mass communications or a related field • 3+ years of experience supporting AV and Video Video Conferencing technologies such as Webex Meetings, Webex Events, On24 Events, VBrick REV, Jabber, Bluejeans, Adobe Connect or similar. • Experience with white glove customer support in a professional environment • Ability to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally • No travel to start, but once it's safe to, this person will travel to all the major events, which could be anywhere in the world • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds, climb ladders and set up physical equipment
