Reporting to the Assistant General Manager and working closely with the Executive Chef, Banquet Team, and other department leaders, the Banquet & Events Coordinator is responsible for the successful management of events from initial inquiry through final execution. This individual will serve as a primary point of contact for members, guests, vendors, and internal departments, ensuring every event reflects the high standards and traditions of Fort Wayne Country Club. This is a full-time position requiring a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on Club operations. Serve as the primary liaison between clients and Club departments to ensure seamless communication and execution. Experience in a private club, country club, hotel, resort, or upscale hospitality environment preferred.
