This role contributes to the planning, execution, and post-production of all Raptive events as we continue to grow our thriving brand and build awareness across our audiences, with a specific focus on experiences for prospective creators, publishers, partners, and advertisers. The Events team plays a critical role in that mission by producing elevated experiences that reflect our brand values and create meaningful connections across every audience touchpoint. The Skills And Experience You'll Bring To The Job Minimum 2 years of experience in consumer and/or B2B events; experience working with content creators in the media space is a plusStrong hospitality mindset with a passion for creating elevated guest experiencesExceptional organizational and project management skillsExperience managing logistics across multiple vendors and stakeholders simultaneouslyExperience with budget tracking, invoice coordination, and expense reportingAbility to manage multiple priorities and adhere to tight deadlinesExcellent written communication skills and fluency in Google Slides and Google SheetsStrong problem-solving skills with high attention to detailHighly effective interpersonal and communication skillsNegotiation skills are a plusAbility to travel frequently and work onsite during events This role is eligible for additional incentive compensation that isn’t included in the posted range.
