Support daily administrative functions for internal operations Assist with internal process documentation, project tracking, and workflow improvements Act as backup support to Executive Assistants and assist with calendaring, travel, and logistics as needed Coordinate technology access logistics for new hires in partnership with People & Talent Manage internal tools and platforms used for scheduling, communications, and reporting Provide excellent internal customer service to employees and leadership Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and propose solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and promote a culture of excellence Provide administrative support for ad hoc projects Positive, proactive, and service-oriented mindset Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems with minimal direction Strong sense of ownership and accountability Strong judgment in prioritizing tasks and delivering value efficiently, aligned with a 'progress over perfection' mindset Prior experience in a remote or hybrid work environment Event planning certification (e.g., CMP) is a plus but not required Professional curiosity and creativity Passionate desire to learn and to support continuous improvement Must be a problem solver, creative thinker, and resourceful, with the ability to think outside the box Ability to learn quickly, make an immediate impact
