Campus Events Coordinator - On-Site & Client-Focused

The Fluno Center at the University of Wisconsin–Madison is seeking an event coordinator to join UW Conferences & Events. You will consult with customers to determine event details including menus, AV services, room layouts and setup, and work with department heads to fulfill requirements. Adept use of event software, strong listening and detail orientation, and proactive service are essential. This on-site role supports events Monday–Friday with occasional evenings or weekends.
