Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the event planning process and ensuring their needs are met. Develop detailed event timelines, floor plans, and staffing schedules in collaboration with management and operational teams. Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff on menu details, dietary restrictions, and timely food preparation. Oversee on-site event execution, managing setup, service flow, and breakdown to ensure a seamless experience. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during events, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor. Conduct post-event follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and ensure overall satisfaction. Requirements Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field is preferred. 1-3 years of experience in event coordination, catering support, or a similar role. Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as dictated by event schedules in Charlotte .
