The great things you will do • Manage workplace and food safety, including allergen management • Design, manage and own the overall experience, not just the offerings • Ensure that all daily catering orders are processed, and fulfilled to our partner and sector expectations • Develops specialty menus and events per clients needs, budget and unit guidelines • Trains, develops and schedules catering associates and is actively involved in the development of existing associates in service techniques, menu presentation, merchandising, policies and procedures • Conducts all employee reviews, coaching sessions, and disciplinary actions in a professional and timely manner
