As the Central Event Coordinator, you are a vital part of the Team, responsible for carrying on the Vision, Mission and Values of SBC. In this role, you are responsible for providing an administrative leadership role through the day-to-day support of room scheduling/management and on-site events with proactive interaction with all relevant staff and lay leaders for the church-wide ministry programming and events at all SBC campuses. Campus Scheduling/Space management: • Work closely with various SBC ministries on internal event planning that impacts master calendar and the stewardship of our facility/resources • Monitor eSpace and other systems used regarding all scheduling for room assignments for classes, events, etc. Other Responsibilities: • Identify areas of breakdown in “processes” in Project Management, all-church events, etc. Demonstrated competency in: • Interpersonal savvy • Process Management • Problem solving • Project and Event Management • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills • Organization with an advanced ability to follow through
