Chinese speaking campus event planner

Job Overview: The ideal candidates will be responsible for coordinating and executing a variety of events to promote our educational consulting , ensuring they run smoothly and meet art and design students' expectations... - Plan, organize, and execute campus events such as job-seeking skills lectures and workshops; - Communicate with students to understand their event needs and preferences - Coordinate with Chinese and other international student associations and venues, to ensure all aspects of the event are in place - Oversee setup, breakdown, and cleanup of events - Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during events - Experience in event planning is preferred - Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English to liaise with students effectively - Good networking with Chinese and international student associations at schools of arts and designs in the Greater New York Area, such as NYU, Parsons, Pratt and SVA. Depending on performance, this position may become a full-time one and work visas in the United States can be sponsored.
