Communications and Event Coordinator (Customer Service Program Specialist 1)

This role will be part of the communications, marketing, and customer service team. • Serve as a main point of contact for all event logistics including communication with vendors, venue selection, room set-up, catering, and material preparation including coordinating with business leads to develop meeting agendas, providing day-of staff support for events including on site coordination, and food and event purchases. Minimum Qualifications • Six years of business experience, including four years of customer service experience; OR • An associate’s degree and four years of business experience, including two years of customer service experience; OR • A bachelor’s degree and two years of customer service experience; OR • A master’s degree or Juris Doctor (JD) and one year of customer service experience. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in event coordination, meeting planning or administrative support with a focus on logistics.
