Conference & Events Coordinator (Fixed Term)

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Conference and Events Coordinator to join our dynamic Conference & Events team on a fixed-term basis, for a period of 6 months. As a Conference and Events Coordinator, you will play a key role in assisting with the planning, organisation, and delivery of a diverse range of conferences, events, and student activities across all university campuses. With excellent communication skills, you are confident liaising with a diverse range of stakeholders, both internally and externally, and can effectively manage relationships to ensure the success of each event. Your creativity and problem-solving ability enable you to anticipate challenges and devise effective solutions, ensuring smooth event delivery every time. Regrettably as the salary for this role falls beneath this, you will not be eligible for sponsorship therefore your application will automatically be rejected.
