Corporate Event Manager

Indy Fresh Catering is currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Event Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering exceptional events to our clients by working directly with them to plan every aspect of their events, from menu selection to event logistics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for writing detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) that outline the scope of the event, timelines, and communication plans. You will also manage the training and evaluation of our event staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding service. They must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff, and vendors.
