Key Responsibilities Collaborate with corporate clients to understand goals, timelines, and event expectations

Research and recommend suitable destinations, venues, accommodations, and activity options

Create customized itineraries that align with business needs and team-building objectives

Manage booking logistics for travel, lodging, meeting space, group dining, and experiences

Serve as a main point of contact for clients, vendors, and service partners

Ensure timely updates, confirmations, and communication throughout the planning process

Monitor travel trends and event best practices to enhance future planning strategies

Maintain accurate event documentation and reservation details

Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
