Corporate Event Planner

Long Term Contract (Potential Extension/Conversion)
Title: Conference & Event Planner
Pay Rate: $50/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Standard Shift

Location: Hybrid in Malvern, PA

Responsibilities:

Independently coordinate the logistics for meetings and events varying in complexity/sizeConsult with leaders to define event goals, objectives and target audiencesAssist decision makers in planning/troubleshooting pre-event, day-of event, and post-eventTrack event budgets and discuss with event sponsors/managers as budgetary concerns ariseTrack and communicate post-event reporting and follow-up activities to appropriate partiesDeliver timely, accurate communications on conference and event status and issues regularlyFoster effective communication and partnership between external partners, serving as a liaisonEnsure protocols are followed throughout administrative/logistical activitiesInformally coach less experienced meeting/event crew to build team expertiseQualifications:

5+ years of related work experienceProven experience in corporate event planningCollaborative and solutions-oriented with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skillsAbility and willingness to travel domestically, up to 20%Undergraduate degree highly preferred
