As we grow nationally, our training events, advisor conferences, and leadership meetings must reflect excellence. This role owns the end-to-end execution of SIM’s event calendar, including: • Monthly in-house advisor training logistics • Travel and restaurant coordination • Regional meetings and leadership events • Two large annual sales conferences Travel & Hospitality Coordination • Manage travel arrangements for leadership and conference speakers • Coordinate group hotel blocks and restaurant reservations • Negotiate vendor contracts and pricing • Ensure premium guest experience Required • 3–7+ years of event coordination or event management experience • Experience managing events with 100+ attendees • Strong vendor negotiation and contract management experience • Excellent organization and project management skills • Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
