Corporate Events Manager

Lytx is looking for a Corporate Events Manager to plan and execute the company's highest-visibility in-person programs: our annual customer/user conference, major industry trade shows, and executive customer engagements such as the Customer Advisory Board (CAB). This role partners closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and executive stakeholders to ensure every event advances Lytx's brand and business goals.Key Responsibilities Annual ConferenceOwn end-to-end planning and execution of Lytx's annual conference, including venue selection and contracting, agenda and speaker management, budget, registration, sponsor ships, and on-site production.Trade showsManage Lytx's presence at major industry trade shows including booth design and logistics, staffing, lead capture, shipping, and vendor coordination. Proven experience managing executive-level or customer advisory programs. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent events and competing deadlines.
