Club Sportiva’s ideal candidate for the Director of Corporate Event Sales role will be a very experienced, take-charge professional with ability to manage the pre-sale, sale and logistics of numerous corporate and private events. This candidate will be comfortable with rolling up his/her sleeves, taking a leadership role and lead a dedicated events team, including hiring additional event sales managers and coordinators, while growing their own responsibilities within the company. • Meet and/or exceeding sales goals and quota • Manage team sales goals and quota • Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality • Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health and safety obligations • Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day • Conduct pre- and post – event evaluations and report on outcomes • Must be able to works nights and weekends depending on event
