Culture & Events Specialist

Fi is looking for a Culture & Events Specialist! You will be responsible for creating, planning, and executing a diverse range of programming that bring our teams together, support our mission, and foster the high-speed, collaborative culture that makes Fi special. 3+ years of event planning experience, ideally in corporate or employee engagement settingsTrack record managing multiple events at once without dropping the detailsStrong project management chops, comfortable in tools like Asana or MondaySharp communicator who can move easily across every level of the orgA problem solver who adapts fast when plans change last minuteExperience owning budgets and vendor relationshipsAn eye for accessible, inclusive event designBackground in employee engagement, HR, or org developmentComfortable running virtual and hybrid events, on top of in-personStartup or fast-paced company experienceA genuine love for animals and belief in Fi's mission This role is also eligible for equity compensation.
