Day-of Wedding Coordinator (Contract)

House of Lavonne is seeking experienced, seasoned wedding and event professionals to join our team as Day-of Wedding Coordinators on a contract, per-wedding basis. This role is ideal for planners and coordinators who are confident in wedding day execution, understand timelines and vendor flow, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Status: Independent Contractor (Per Wedding) Pay: $20 per hour Hours: Up to 8 hours per wedding Benefits: None Schedule: Evenings and weekends, based on event dates and availability 3–4+ years of professional wedding planning and/or event coordination experience Proven experience executing wedding day timelines and managing vendors on-site Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to remain calm, flexible, and professional under pressure Warm, friendly, and polished demeanor aligned with a luxury client experience Reliable transportation and ability to be on your feet for extended periods Availability to work weekends and occasional evenings
