Development Events Coordinator (VTS/Temp position)

The Development Events Coordinator assists with planning and executing custom events in support of engagement and fundraising priorities and internal Development and Alumni Relations events/meetings. About the Work Unit Development and Alumni Relations (DAR) assists Vanderbilt University in securing the resources, both human and financial, that are required to achieve its mission and goals. DAR is responsible for the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of individuals and organizations whose charitable objectives are consistent with those of the university’s teaching and research programs. Supervisory Relationships - This position has no direct supervisory responsibility, though may manage onsite staffing for assigned events. - This position reports administratively and functionally to the Senior Director of Development Events.
