We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Director of Events to lead the strategic planning and flawless execution of all on-property events while maintaining the highest standards of luxury service. This individual will oversee the full lifecycle of events — concept development, planning, coordination, and execution — ensuring every function reflects the resort’s brand, service culture, and commitment to excellence. • Guide event concepts, timelines, and execution standards across all functions. • 3–5+ years of Director of Events experience in a Forbes Five-Star luxury property.
