Education and Events Director

The Education and Events Director is responsible for the strategic growth and management of FCAA’s education programming and special events portfolio. The position is responsible for the creation, delivery and continuous improvement of all FCAA programs and events, including overall management of in-person education programs, conferences, and special events. Duties: • Lead the onsite operational execution of in-person conference and training programs, ensuring smooth operations and addressing issues that may arise. • Proactively work with sponsors to grow revenue and continually evaluate areas to improve. • Analytical skills • Ability to work independently and collaborate with others.
