Pay Range: $18.7- $26.00 per hour On site job Location: Phoenix, AZ Key Responsibilities • Assist in the planning and organization of events including logistics, venue selection, and catering • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure all event needs are met • Help create event schedules and timelines to guide the organization process • Participate in client meetings to understand their vision and requirements for each event • Provide administrative support including managing budgets, contracts, and invoices • Assist with on-site event setup, management, and breakdown to ensure everything runs smoothly
