Position Description

We are currently seeking an Event and Experience Coordinator to plan and execute engaging client and employee-facing events that enhance relationships and company culture. This role will manage everything from milestone celebrations and internal culture events to client recognition programs and sponsorships, ensuring seamless execution and brand alignment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Principle Responsibilities:
Plan and execute client-facing experiences, recognition efforts, and gifting programs that strengthen relationships and support business development initiatives. Lead the planning and coordination of internal and external events, including logistics, vendor management, budgeting, travel, and on-site execution across multiple regions. Drive internal events and initiatives that enhance company culture, support employee engagement, and align with organizational values. Partner with project teams and marketing to plan and execute milestone events (e.g., groundbreakings, ribbon cuttings) while ensuring alignment with project schedules and brand standards. Collaborate with marketing to develop event-related communications, ensure brand consistency, and maximize visibility through social media, press, and client touchpoints. Oversee sponsorships and memberships, including evaluation, coordination, attendance, and post-event analysis to inform future involvement. Manage the company-wide event calendar, track RSVPs, coordinate vendors and venues, and ensure seamless execution of all events and related communications.

Position Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Event Management, or related field 5-7 years of professional experience in event planning, client experience, or corporate communications; experience in construction or real estate-related events a plusHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain brand consistency across all communications and eventsDemonstrated ability to plan, execute, and manage events of varying sizes and types, including logistics, budgeting, and vendor coordinationStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client relationships and provide exceptional experiencesExcellent written and verbal communication, including creating invitations, graphics, collateral, and follow-up materialsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously, track timelines, and collaborate across departmentsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, event registration platforms, and virtual meeting tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom); familiarity with basic graphic design preferredWillingness to travel to multiple office locations or event sites as needed
