Envision the Moment Event Services, LLC is a wedding and event planning company based in North Florida, our mission is to design weddings and events that authentically reflect each couple’s unique love story, while building lasting friendships with our clients. The position of Events Assistant is a contracted, as needed position. With this position, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on wedding industry experience with the opportunity for promotion to a Lead Planner or Coordinator in the future. Compensation & Schedule: • Contracted, as-needed position. Duties that the Wedding Day Assistant is responsible for during the Wedding: • Assisting with and overseeing the correct set-up of the ceremony and reception site(s) • Assisting VIP’s throughout the course of the event • Being available to wedding guests to answer their questions and assist them as needed (i.e. gentleman spills sauce on his jacket, lady spills red wine on her skirt/shoes, someone is feeling ill and needs attention, etc.)
