We are looking for dependable Event Assistants to support a Contract assignment in San Diego, California. In this role, you will help create an organized and welcoming experience for event attendees by guiding access to session areas and ensuring participants enter the appropriate rooms. This opportunity is well suited for individuals who are attentive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced event setting.Responsibilities:• Monitor entry points outside assigned session rooms and help maintain orderly attendee flow throughout the event• Verify attendee access by checking lanyards and confirming each guest is directed to the correct session location• Provide clear, courteous instructions to participants based on room assignments identified by lanyard color• Support on-site event coordination by responding quickly to changing traffic patterns and scheduling needs• Communicate with event staff to address access questions, room updates, or attendee concerns in a timely manner• Help uphold a well-organized event environment by remaining visible, attentive, and service-focused during session transitions
