Event Assistant - Marketing

Event Assistant Responsibilities: • Represent our client's brand at retail and promotional events, by engaging with customers face to face and guiding them through the sales process, and ensuring a positive experience • Work closely with the sales team and other Event Assistants to enhance sales strategies and continuously improve customer engagement • Maintain a positive and energetic attitude to create a welcoming atmosphere that attracts both new and current customers • Document sales transactions and customer interactions to support sales performance tracking, customer retention efforts, and to ensure sales goals are met, and customer satisfaction • Address customer complaints or concerns with professionalism, offering tailored solutions to resolve issues quickly and effectively • Demonstrate presentations of products and services to ensure customer understanding and to address their needs effectively • Proactively identify sales opportunities, while consistently working towards and achieving sales goals set for the Event Retail Assistant Event Assistant Qualifications: • Previous experience as an Event Assistant, in sales, or customer service is preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong sales instincts and a passion for people • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Apply to our Event Assistant position today!
