Event Coordinator

Thrive Hair Bar is a luxury natural hair salon brand with locations in DC and in VA that hosts local events to entertain and process the community. Overview: We are seeking a personable and versatile individual who thrives in social environments to join Thrive Hair Bar as our dedicated Event Coordinator. Talent Recruitment: • Identify and recruit talented performers, artists, musicians, poets, comedians, and other entertainers to showcase at our events each month • Partner with local promoters and avante guarde shows with established fan bases to increase the success of Thrive Hair Bar Events • Build and maintain relationships with local and regional talent agencies, artists, and performers to ensure a diverse and engaging lineup of events. Customer Experience: • Ensure ticket sales from 30-60 guests per event • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for guests, performers, and vendors, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all attendees.
