The role emphasizes providing excellent customer service, maintaining high park standards, and ensuring seamless event experiences for guests. The position requires flexibility, the ability to work independently, and effective problem-solving skills to address event challenges as they arise. • Assist with the execution and support of group sales events as well as other in-park event activations, including but not limited to camp nights, promotional events, and third-party partner activations such as radio station appearances. • Provide assistance to other departments as needed, including marketing and group sales, depending on event requirements. • Work performed both indoors (meeting and planning) and outdoors (event setup and execution).
