Event Coordinator

Quality of event execution.Speed and consistency of service.Adherence to compliance standards.Financial Performance 3-5 years of event management experience in beverage sales within hospitality, hotels, catering, or restaurants.Strong grasp of event sales, planning, and execution processes.Exceptional client service and communication abilities.Capacity to manage multiple events in rapid-paced settings, alongside vendor relations, change management, and risk assessment.Preferred experience with Tripleseat or similar event software.ServSafe, Allergen, and Responsible Alcohol Service certifications are preferred (or to be obtained within 30 days of hire).Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods.Capability to lift up to 30 lbs.Active presence required during events and operational hours.Schedule Expectations We encourage you to apply!
