The Event Coordinator will assist within the performing arts venues with event planning and show management. This position oversees the logistics and execution of several Butler University signature events as well as special events for their assigned internal campus departments. Coordinating with various stakeholders (including event owners) from several campus departments as well as public safety, facilities and any other affected by the event. Paid Parental Leave (after 1 year of full-time employment) Remission of tuition for classes taken at Butler for employees, spouses, and dependent children.
