As an Event Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure every event runs smoothly from inception to completion.

**Responsibilities:**

* Plan and coordinate all aspects of events including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and logistics.
* Develop detailed event timelines and manage scheduling to ensure smooth execution.
* Liaise with clients to understand their needs and objectives, providing expert advice and solutions.
* Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
* Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
* Oversee on-site event setup, coordination, and teardown to ensure operational excellence.

### Qualifications

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role, with a track record of successful event execution.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple events simultaneously.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client and team interaction.
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities and unexpected challenges.
