We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Events Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in events, marketing, client relations, and team collaboration in a professional, fast-paced environment.
This role involves supporting event coordination efforts, collaborating with internal marketing and sales teams, and helping create positive client and customer experiences through strong communication and relationship-building.
No prior event experience required — paid training is provided.
What You’ll Do
Support the coordination and execution of marketing and client-focused events
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support event objectives and client goals
Engage with customers and clients in professional face-to-face interactions
Help create positive customer and client experiences through communication and relationship-building
Assist with event logistics, team coordination, and daily event support activities
Contribute to team goals while maintaining a professional and customer-focused environment
