* Plan, coordinate, and execute events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives.
* Liaise with clients to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best prices and services.
* Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
* Prepare event proposals, invitations, and promotional materials.

### Qualifications

**Requirements**

* Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role with a track record of successful event planning.
* Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with acute attention to detail.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
