Event Coordinator and Staff

Our team is the heartbeat of every event we host, and we're looking for enthusiastic people to join us. Running Events (Primary Focus) • Serve as the on-site point of contact during events, ensuring everything runs on time and to plan • Execute the event timeline and keep all moving parts — vendors, staff, and guests — on track • Act as Day-Of Coordinator for weddings and larger events, cueing vendors and managing the flow of the day • Provide warm, professional hospitality to clients and guests throughout every event • Anticipate needs and solve problems on the fly — before clients or guests notice anything is off • Bus tables, clear plates, and reset throughout the event — this is a core part of the role, not just occasional support • Availability on weekends (Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays) — this is a firm requirement • A positive, can-do attitude and genuine love of hospitality and event experiences • Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor • Ability to stay calm, organized, and solutions-focused in a busy environment • Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs for setup/breakdown • Team player who's just as happy bussing tables as coordinating a ceremony • No prior event experience required — we will train the right person • Get hands-on experience running real events at a beautiful San Diego waterfront venue • Work across a wide variety of events — weddings, corporate parties, birthdays, and more • Be part of a fun, supportive team that takes their work seriously and has a great time doing it • Build valuable event coordination and hospitality skills from day one • Starting at $20/hr, with pay based on experience We'd love to hear from you.
